Registration
The registration form duly filled in all respects should be returned to the School along with the required documents (as mentioned below) & Interaction Fee before the last date of submission of Registration Forms. Any Form not submitted in time will be treated as canceled. This Registration Form is not transferable. Registration Forms can be downloaded from the school Website and deposited along with Fee for Interaction.
Parents are requested to go through the Prospectus and information for Parents carefully before filling the Registration Form. Incomplete or illegible Registration Forms will not be accepted. It is strongly advised that parents should fill the Registration Form themselves after understanding all the conditions mentioned therein*. In case the form is filled by guardians, it should be clearly indicated in the Registration form. Once signed, it is assumed that the parent has read, understood and accepted all the conditions given in the Prospectus.
The applications will be scrutinized and only those found complete in all respects will be selected for observation / written test. Intimation of the exact date and timing will be posted on the Notice Board of the School. The parents will have to come and collect the Admit and Identity Cards from the school office.
Documents Required for Registration
The originals of the following documents are to be deposited with the school :
- The Registration Form
- Admit and Identity Cards.
- Birth Certificate on Form 5 or 9 (Issued by Registrar of Birth & Death of Municipal Corporation/Municipality or Gram Panchayat Adhikari only. Certificates issued by doctors, nursing homes, hospitals, by Gram Panchayat, on letter pad, etc, will not be accepted)
- Report Card of the class previously attended, for Class II onwards; and Transfer Certificate (T.C.), for Class II onwards. T.C. must be countersigned by BSA or C.B.S.E, Delhi as applicable.
- Character Certificate from School previously attended for Class VIII onwards.
Admission Process
Classes Nursery, KG-I and KG-II
Admission to Classes Nursery, KG-I and KG-II will be granted on the basis of observation cum-interaction. The presence of both parents during this interaction is mandatory.
Classes I to IX – Written Test and Interaction
Class I onwards, a formal written test will be conducted in Language (English), Maths and General Awareness to check the linguistic proficiency, mathematical ability and general knowledge for assessing the suitability for admission to the next class. Failure to take admission within the stipulated time will lead to cancellation and the seat will be given to the next waiting.
Age Criteria
The age of the candidate as recorded in the birth certificate, will determine the eligibility for admission to a particular class.
